Our pricing is completely transparent. It includes the private air-conditioned vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, petrol/fuel, parking fees, highway tolls, cold bottled water, and driver meals. There are zero hidden costs.

Our full-day driver and transfer rates are per vehicle, so the cost is shared across your group rather than multiplied by it. Experiences that include tickets, meals or a practitioner — such as cooking classes, spa treatments or the Melukat ceremony — are priced per person. Each tour page states which applies.

A few days ahead is usually comfortable, and earlier is better during the July-August and December-January peaks when good drivers get booked out. We do often accommodate shorter notice, so it is always worth asking.

Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we will confirm exactly what is needed to hold your booking, along with the payment methods we accept. We will always set this out clearly in writing before you commit to anything.

Plans change, and we would rather move your booking than lose you as a guest. Let us know as early as you can on WhatsApp and we will confirm the options for your specific booking and dates.

Just tell your driver on the day. Extra time is arranged as a straightforward add-on and always agreed with you before it applies — you will never find a surprise charge at the end of the trip.

Yes! That is the luxury of a private driver. If you prefer to stay longer at a peaceful tea garden or skip a crowded temple, simply let your driver know. It is your day at your own pace.

We track your flight, so your driver already knows about a delay before you land and adjusts the pickup accordingly. Airport transfers also include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time to cover immigration and baggage queues.

At the airport your driver waits in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. For hotel and villa pickups we collect you from the lobby or gate at the agreed time — do share the exact address in advance, as many Bali villas sit down unmarked lanes that map pins get wrong.

No. We guarantee zero forced shopping stops. If you ask to visit a particular workshop or market we are happy to take you, but we will never add a detour to earn a commission.

It depends which vehicle suits you. We run several sizes, from a compact MPV for couples and small families up to a minibus for larger groups, and each one is chartered privately with its own driver. Your driver will guide you step-by-step. We provide the proper traditional Balinese sarong (Kamen) and ceremonial offerings (Canang Sari). Our driver explains the cultural etiquette so you feel completely at ease and respected.

Yes. Temples such as Tirta Empul welcome visitors of any background who take part respectfully, and our guide briefs you on the etiquette beforehand so you know what to expect at each spout.

Wear something you do not mind getting wet, such as a swimsuit or athletic wear, and bring a change of clothes and a towel. The sarong required for entry is included, and private lockers and changing rooms are available on site.

No. It is a cultural and holistic wellness experience rooted in the Balinese Usadha tradition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. We make no health claims about it and never will.

Not at all. Sessions are gentle, all-levels Hatha or Yin classes and the instructor adapts the pace to whoever is on the mat, including complete beginners. Mats and equipment are provided.

We will be honest with you: Bali is not a fully accessible destination, and many temples involve steps and uneven ground. What a private driver can do is drop you far closer to entrances than a tour bus, pick the flattest routes, and build in rest stops. Tell us your specific needs before booking and we will plan a realistic day around them.

Shoulders and knees should be covered, with a sarong and sash at the waist for temple entry. We carry these in the vehicle, so there is nothing you need to buy or prepare in advance.

They are wild and famously opportunistic with sunglasses, hats, and loose bags. Your driver will tell you exactly what to leave in the car before you get out, and they are not aggressive as long as you do not feed or provoke them.
